If you are working with someone who might need our help then referring to us can be an effective way of making sure they get the help they need.
After submitting the form, one of our advisers will review your information and contact your client, service user or customer. Please note, they must have given you permission for this referral to be made. Please allow up to 2 working days for a response. For urgent matters, we recommend calling our professional referral line directly at 0808 189 6446.
The form will open in a separate window. Rather than using the native form functionality provided by our web service host, we use Jotform EU to securely handle submissions. Jotform is configured to deliver form responses to our two-factor-authenticated Microsoft email accounts. Once received, the forms are immediately purged from Jotform, and client details are transferred into our CRM (Casebook) for onward processing without delay.
Inward Referral Tool
Please note that we generally do not provide feedback on referrals unless the client requests it. However, you can track referrals by migrating to our Inward Referral Tool. This tool allows referrals to be received directly into our client relationship management system, enabling us to begin work almost immediately upon receipt.
While the tool requires some initial setup and training, it offers greater efficiency and is especially beneficial if you make a significant number of regular referrals.
